Mission and Vision
GlobalThink is a 501c(3) non-profit corporation whose mission is to promote an awareness and understanding about our world and its people. We believe that if fulfilled, this mission is the foundation for a more peaceful, responsible and informed society.
Staff
Rena Brar Prayaga - Founder and President
Although she began her professional life as an attorney, she has since conducted academic research in the areas of health and behavioral sciences, developed medical knowledge management applications, and worked with nonprofit organizations and educational institutions on a range of research, evaluation, and technology projects.
Rena has a B.A. in International Relations from Pomona College, a J.D. from the University of Southern California and an M.A. in Experimental Psychology from the University of California, San Diego. She is a member of the American Evaluation Association (AEA) and Women in Technology International (WITI).

Board of Directors
Rena Brar Prayaga
Sravani Jandhyala Sravani has a diverse background with an interest in promoting cross-cultural art, theater, and dance among youth and children. She has lived in and been educated in several different countries and draws from these experiences in her role as an educator and facilitator. She has a Master’s degree in Public Health from UCLA and specializes in program evaluation and program administration.
Ram Prayaga Ram is currently a Chief Technology Officer for a successful Internet business and has several years of management and technology experience. He will advise the organization in matters of business and technology planning. He holds a Masters in Computer Science from USC. He will also serve as the Interim Secretary and Treasurer of GlobalThink.
Care Udell, Ph.D. Care is a Developmental Specialist with Child Haven. She has conducted extensive academic research in the areas of child development and after-school programs. She is an author of articles published in peer-reviewed journals. As Director, Care will provide guidance based on her expertise in curriculum development, program evaluation, and educational services. Care holds a Ph.D in Applied Developmental Psychology from the University of Maryland, Baltimore.
